Users are responsible for:

• maintaining login credentials
• activity under their account
• providing accurate registration information

GobbleGo is intended solely for lawful personal use related to restaurant planning, social coordination, and related communication.

Users may not:

• harass others
• send spam invitations
• impersonate another person
• upload malicious content
• interfere with app functionality
• misuse group chat features

Users retain ownership of content they submit, including:

• chats
• comments
• group names
• profile elements

By submitting content, users grant GobbleGo a limited license to display and process that content for service operation.

Restaurant information displayed through GobbleGo may originate from third-party providers including:

• Google LLC
• OpenTable, Inc.

GobbleGo does not guarantee accuracy, availability, pricing, or reservation status.

Users may invite others through:

• SMS
• email
• app-generated links

Users are responsible for lawful use of invitations.

Group chat exists for planning-related communication.

GobbleGo reserves the right to remove abusive or disruptive content.

GobbleGo may introduce:

• subscriptions
• premium tools
• promoted placements
• monetized features

Additional terms may apply at that time.

GobbleGo, its design, brand elements, and service architecture remain the exclusive property of GobbleGo.

GobbleGo™ is protected as a developing brand identity.

GobbleGo may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

GobbleGo is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. GobbleGo is not liable for:

• failed plans
• inaccurate listings
• third-party outages
• user disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
